John Spiers is a Research Assistant on the Existential Philosophy & Literature Network. He holds a masters degree from the Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy at Kingston University and has written on Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, Liberation Theology, and American Civil Religion. He is currently an MPhil student at the University of Glasgow where he is working on an annotated translation of Benjamin Fondane’s Rencontres avec Léon Chestov (Meetings with Lev Shestov).
